Each day, our talented chef and his team prepare a selection of mouth-watering Moroccan and international dishes including: starters, grilled meat and fish, salads, tagines and other local specialities. As all our dishes are cooked fresh, from ingredients sourced and grown locally, we ask our guests to pre-book their lunches and dinners on the day by breakfast time. You have a choice of various à la carte vegetarian and non-vegetarian lunch and dinner menus, organic food, a children’s menu. Our team will be happy to adapt to specific diets when previously informed.
